Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

• Damaged items must be reported and returned within this 7-day window.
• We may request photos of the damage to process your claim.
• Approved damaged items will be replaced at no cost to the customer.

Additional Notes

• Returns received after 30 days may not be accepted.
• Items that are used, damaged outside of shipping issues, or not in original condition may be denied.
